Apron designer Jonathan Fox says that each pocket was carefully thought out to give a home to the tools he uses most.
"Soon the apron became an extension of my station. I was always the first to light a pilot or a torch. I always have my sharpie, pen, and notebook right when and where I need it. After a while not only did I develop the muscle memory to go for, find and return these items to their homes, but the guys around me began to instinctively go for my lighter or sharpie because it was always there. Of course now they all have their own aprons."
