Items often ship within 5 business days of the order. Sometimes quicker, sometimes slower. Due to the handmade nature of our products, and custom options, we need some time to create the perfect apron for you. What is the purpose of the 'crossback' straps on your Aprons?
This is one of our favorite features and it was developed with busy chefs in mind. Our 'crossback' straps keep the apron close to your body and out of your way, but they do so without being too tight or constrictive and help you retain that professional profile.
I have a larger build, do you make aprons that fit me?
We have something for you! We are currently the only Apron provider who makes big & tall options. Take a look at our Big & Tall collection to see what options we currently have available.
Where do you get your materials?
We go through great lengths to ensure our ingredients are the highest quality and responsibly sourced. Our denim comes from North Carolina, hardware comes from Kentucky, and our leather is from Ohio. Everything else is from various locations in the USA.
Where are your aprons made?
All of our products are proudly made in the USA. Our denim aprons hail from Tennessee.
I need to setup a return, how do I do this?
We'd love to help you and we have a very good return policy. You can view it here. Simply put, you have 30 days to return your item for refund or exchange.
