Returns & Exchanges
Against the better judgment of my advisors, We here at Fox Aprons have decided to have a return policy that mirrors our belief in our product. That's why our return policy is as follows:
"If for any reason you are unhappy with your apron, just send us an email and we'll walk you through the steps of returning your apron and we'll give you a full refund of the purchase price excluding shipping. If the reason you are returning your apron is due to financial hardship, let us know and we'll return your shipping costs as well." No worries!
If you want to order one again in the future and you are still having a hard time financially, just reach out. There may be a way to work something out. If you love our aprons as much as we do then you should have one. They cost a lot of money because they are made in the USA from top quality (i.e. very expensive) materials but that shouldn't keep them out of the hands of a struggling cook. For without struggling cooks, we'd have no good food. And hell, we've all been there.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at email@example.com

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. We recommend you send your return using a tracking number. Shipping costs are non-refundable. (But again, if you are having a hard go of it financially, let us know. There may be something we can do.)
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
